PRSA Boston Sponsorship Program
Background

We are part of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) with headquarters in New York City. There are almost 20,000 members in 112 chapters in the United States. With about 400 members, Boston is in the top 15 chapters based on the size of its membership. More than half of the Boston membership is comprised of agency and sole practitioner representatives. The remainder come from a variety of industries including financial services, high-tech, health care, higher education, retail, and services.

The PRSA email messages and faxes usually go to both members and prospects so the reach exceeds 450 people. Monthly programs average about 50 attendees and professional development sessions attract 15-25 people. Both members and non-members are encouraged to attend and PRSA Boston will occasionally mail to lists from other communications oriented organizations.

Please check prsaboston.org for the most current information on monthly programs from September through June and the professional development schedule.

For more information, please contact Howard Sholkin, PRSA Sponsorship Chair, 978-625-4518 (days), hsholkin@attbi.net.
